FK Gardner & Sons (FKG) have begun working a new roster in a bid to complete repairs to flood-damaged roads, culverts and floodways around the South Burnett by the end of June.
The work is being funded under the Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA).
A South Burnett Regional Council spokesman said FKG began working a 10-day-on, 4-day-off roster on March 18 to increase efficiencies.
The roster starts on a Tuesday and finishes on the following Thursday week, with crews working through every second weekend.
Council said when road repairs were close to houses, work would be scheduled for weekdays and every effort would be made to minimise noise and dust.
