The search of a rural property and surrounding areas by police and SES personnel for Melvyn Hansen continues today.
Mr Hansen, 73, was last seen about 6:40am on Saturday leaving a house on Gayndah Road, Oakdale.
Extensive land and aerial searches over the weekend has failed to find any trace of Mr Hansen.
The RACQ CareFlight helicopter joined the search on Saturday afternoon. SES volunteers have been searching on the ground for the past three days, joined by police and family members.
Police and family members hold concerns for his safety as he suffers from a medical condition and was due to return to the house a short time later.
Mr Hansen is about 170cm tall with a slim build and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt and trousers.
Police and SES crews will continue to search the property and surrounding areas.
