Gordonbrook Treatment Plant is currently experiencing mechanical issues.
The South Burnett Regional Council is asking that users of the Kingaroy town water supply conserve their use until further notice.
It is anticipated the treatment plant will be repaired by tomorrow morning, Wednesday, February 6, when a further notice will be issued.
