An 18-year-old man had been charged with possessing dangerous drugs and drug utensils after Kingaroy police executed a search warrant at a house in Peregrine Drive on Friday morning.
Officer-in-charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior-Sergeant Duane Frank, said police would allege they located a substantial amount of cannabis in a vehicle at the address.
Snr Sgt Frank said police believed the drugs – which totalled about 170g – had been brought to the area to sell.
The man has been granted bail to appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court next year.
Another man at the house was issued with a notice to appear on a charge of possessing dangerous drugs.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 10:00pm on Saturday night and charged with public nuisance and obstructing police after an incident in Glendon Street.
Snr Sgt Frank said it would be alleged the man was intoxicated and behaving aggressively after leaving licensed premises.
