Three fire crews were called to a small grass fire at Berlins Road, Nanango, this afternoon.
An Emergency Services spokesman said the call came in just after 1:30pm.
The fire was burning on an 80m front along the side of the road but was not threatening property.
It was extinguished by 2:30pm but firefighters remained on scene to ensure there were no flare-ups.
