South Burnett CTC - Working For Our Community
Nanango Community Christmas Carols
Nanango's annual Community Christmas Carols will be held at the Nanango Baptist Church in Mt Stanley Road from 4:30pm this afternoon - when a free sausage sizzle will get underway will get underway - followed by carol singing at 5:30pm. Tonight's event is being hosted by Nanango's community Christian Churches and is sponsored by the Nanango Community Op Shop. Everyone is welcome and there's no admission. More details? Christmas Get-Together - Inverlaw
The Inverlaw Hall Committee will be holding a bring-a-plate Christmas Get Together at the Hall on the Burrandowan Road (roughly 20km from Kingaroy) from 8:00pm until late tonight to thank supporters of the Hall and its monthly dances. Blackbutt Country Markets
The Blackbutt Lions Country Markets - run on the third Sunday of every month - will be held at Les Muller Park in Hart Street, Blackbutt from 7:00am until around mid-day today. The markets offer a wide range of locally produced arts, crafts and freshly harvested foodstuffs from more than 40 stallholders and everyone is welcome along!
Sunday Bingo - Wondai

Popular South Burnett duo Misfitz (aka Rob and Clare Fitz-Herbert) will be performing at the Commercial Hotel in Drayton Street, Nanango from 2:00pm to 6:00pm this afternoon. Rome, Sweet Rome - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Musical Comedy Society will be presenting the fourth (and final) performance of their new theatre-restaurant production "Rome, Sweet Rome" at the Kingaroy Bowls Club at 141 Youngman Street, Kingaroy at 12:00 noon today. Tickets to today's matinee show are $60 for a lunch prepared by JC Catering and the show, and they can be booked online.
Sunday Afternoon Poker - Kingaroy
Sunday afternoon poker games will be played at Kingaroy RSL in Markwell Street, Kingaroy today. Registrations start at 2:00pm and play begins at 2:30pm. Bunya Red Farm Open Day - Inverlaw
Bunya Red Farm at 544 Wattlegrove Road, Inverlaw, will be holding their final Open Day for 2023 from 9:00am to 4:00pm today. Farm visitors can learn how Bunya Red Farm grows its award-winning capers and there'll also be paddock tours and alpaca feeding sessions to enjoy. Morning and afternoon teas and light lunches will be available on site, and the farm's shop will be open if you want to stock up on their great caper products. Yarraman Community Christmas Carols
Yarraman's annual Community Christmas Carols will be held at the Lutheran Church at 14 McDaniell Street from 2:00pm this afternoon, followed by free gifts for children and a free afternoon tea for adults. Everyone is welcome and there's no admission.
Kumbia Museum
The Kumbia and District Historical Society's museum, located in the Federation Heritage Centre behind Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, will be open from 1:30pm to 3:30pm this afternoon. A fun Ham & Turkey Open Day for golfers and non-golfers alike will be held at the Wondai Golf Club on the Bunya Highway north of the CBD today.
