Dramatic Beginnings - Nanango
The Nanango Theatre Company will be presenting their latest productions - four one-act plays "In The Blood", "Good News Bad News", "When I Was One" and "Whoops A Daisy" - at their theatre on the corner of Elk and George streets, Nanango at 7:00pm tonight (doors open at 6:30pm). Light refreshments will be available at the interval. Tickets are $25 for adults or $20 for concessions, and they can be booked online or by phoning Neil on 0427-124-044 or Jon on 0407-631-611. NB: Two additional performances - including a matinee - will also be held at the same venue.
Garden Lovers Group - Kumbia
- The Kumbia Garden Lovers Group will be holding its last Friday of the month meeting at the Kumbia Hall Supper Room from 9:30am this morning. The club is open to all gardeners and while tea and coffee are supplied, members are asked to bring a plate for a shared morning tea. Entry is just $2 and there'll be a $2 raffle, too. There'll also be a swap table with plants and books. Everyone is welcome!
RSL Bingo - Murgon

Heritage House Meal Night - Yarraman
- The Yarraman Heritage Centre, at 26 Millar Street, holds a meal night on the last Friday of every month. Doors open at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start. Cost is $25 and there'll also be a lucky door prize and raffle. The monthly dinners are always a fun night out and are a great way to support Heritage House. QCWA Scone Day - Nanango

Alcoholics Anonymous - Murgon
- Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for membership. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution. South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low-income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further.
