Retirement Income Master Class Information Session - Kingaroy
McConachie Stedman has invited residents to attend a "Retirement Income Master Class" information session from 7:30am to 8:30am this morning at the KCCI Hub building at 195 Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy. The session has been designed for individuals approaching or already in retirement who want a clear understanding of how their superannuation works and how it can support their lifestyle well into the future. Topics to be covered include a practical overview about how superannuation works and its role in supporting retirement lifestyle needs; and how account-based pensions work and how they can provide retirement income. Angel Knitters & Crocheters - Kingaroy

Graham House Community Connect - Proston
Graham House's community connect worker and community support worker will be visiting Proston from 9:30am to 12:30pm today to provide information about all the various services that Graham House can provide, including transport, emergency assistance and parenting programs. The workers will be at the Community & Information Centre at 40 Blake Street, Proston. The team visits on the second and fourth Thursday of every month (except public holidays). The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low-income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. Alcoholics Anonymous - Kingaroy
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to help solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for membership. AA isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution.
