ANZAC Day
Today is Anzac Day, Australia's most solemn day. Most South Burnett businesses will either be closed completely today or operating on restricted hours (generally from 12:00 noon onwards) as a mark of respect. Anzac Day commemorative services will be held throughout the region from 4:28am onwards: the same time the original ANZACs began their assault on the beaches of Gallipoli 97 years ago.
