Hivesville Country Markets
The monthly Hivesville Country Markets will be held at the Hivesville Sportsground (in Edwards Lane, Hivesville) from 7:00am to around noon this morning. These family-friendly markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month (except December) and feature a variety of stalls including fresh local farm produce, plants, crafts and lots of food. New stallholders are very welcome, too!
Kumbia Museum
- The Kumbia and District Historical Society's museum, located in the Federation Heritage Centre behind Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, will be open from 1:30pm to 3:30pm this afternoon. - A free community produce swap is held every Sunday from 9:00am to 10:00am at The Pink Flamingo, 19 Toomey Street, Yarraman. This is an opportunity to share your unwanted produce, seeds or seedlings.
Free Sunday Lunch - Kingaroy
- A free community lunch is available every Sunday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at The Old Railway Station building, O'Neill Square, in Kingaroy. The Community Serving Community Meals Project is co-ordinated by the South Burnett Support Alliance and relies on volunteers from the local community.
