Toowoomba Regional Council has launched its new website
Cr James O’Shea said the new website was an important improvement in how Council served the region.
“The Toowoomba Region is one of Queensland’s fastest growing and most diverse local government areas, and our digital services need to keep pace with that growth,” Cr O’Shea said.
“Our previous website had done its job for many years, but it was increasingly difficult to navigate, outdated in design and not well suited to mobile use. For a large regional Council, that just wasn’t acceptable.”
The new website aims to make it easier for residents, businesses and visitors to find information, access services and stay informed about what is happening across the region.
Residents and visitors have been encouraged to explore the website and share feedback with the TRC.
