Member for Nanango, Attorney-General Deb Frecklington, celebrated a proud moment in the Supreme Court of Queensland recently, moving the admission of Kingaroy local resident Oscar Schmidt as a Legal Practitioner.

Mrs Frecklington congratulated Oscar and the Schmidt family, praising his achievement as a testament to his dedication and hard work.

“It was a privilege to join Oscar and his family for this very special occasion. It was wonderful to have his father Darren and brother Toby alongside him as he reached this important milestone, and knowing his late mother Rosie was beaming down on us made the day even more meaningful,” Mrs Frecklington said.

“Seeing Kingaroy kids achieve their goals fills me with pride. His success is a reminder that with commitment and support, our young people can achieve great things.

“I look forward to seeing the contribution Oscar will make to the legal profession and to Queensland.”
