The Nanango Local Ambulance Committee has thanked Heritage Bank Nanango for its support to buy exercise equipment for local paramedics.

The Nanango LAC has bought a new treadmill with sponsorship received from Heritage.

The treadmill has been placed with other equipment to complete a new gym which Nanango paramedics will be able use in their down time to help relieve stress and increase their physical fitness.

“We all know how valuable and hardworking our paramedics are in our community,” Nanango LAC president Zoe George said.

“It has been a great feeling to be able to give back to them. Not only will it help them to be at their best, it will also allow them to keep alert and at a peak level of readiness.

“Thanks Heritage Bank Nanango!”

The Nanango LAC is run by a small group of Nanango residents who are working to help Nanango QAS paramedics in any way possible.
