Two young teenagers have been blamed for a spree of vandalism in the Kingaroy CBD on Monday afternoon.

The pair, aged 13, allegedly spray-painted graffiti  on the Glendon Street toilet block, a number of business houses, and motor vehicles parked in the underground car park at Shoppingworld.

They have been dealt with under provisions of the Youth Justice Act.

An 18-year-old Kingaroy man has had his Holden Commodore impounded by police after a single-vehicle crash on Kingaroy-Cooyar Road at  Brooklands on Thursday morning,

The vehicle left the road and hit two trees.

The male driver and his female passenger suffered minor cuts in the crash, and left the scene.

When police located the driver they charged him with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving while disqualified, driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, and breaching bail conditions.

A sample of blood was also taken from the driver and police will be alleging he was drug affected at the time of the crash.

The vehicle could be subject to total forfeiture, depending the outcome of the court case.

A 21-year-old woman was issued with an infringement notice for offensive behaviour after police allegedly found her yelling and screaming in the Kingaroy CBD about 11:00pm last Friday.

Police say the woman was intoxicated.

At 1:30am on Saturday, police spotted a man walking in Haly Street, Kingaroy, who seemed to be trying to avoid police.

Checks revealed the 21-year-old was wanted for allegedly breaching bail.

A 38-year-old Kingaroy man has been issued with a notice to appear in court to face a charge of possessing a dangerous drug after he was stopped and searched by police in Haly Street, Kingaroy, on Saturday night.

Police allegedly found he was carrying a small amount of cannabis.

A 28-year-old Kingaroy man has been charged with a public nuisance offence after police came across a disturbance in Haly Street, Kingaroy, at 1:00am on Sunday.

A 32-year-old Kingaroy man, wanted for hooning offences, was located by police in Buckingham Street, Kingaroy, on Sunday afternoon.

The man’s Holden Commodore ute was impounded for 90 days, and could be subject to forfeiture depending on the outcome of court proceedings.

The man will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on November 21.

A 22-year-old man has been issued with a notice to appear in court after police making inquiries at a house on Burtons Road at Booie detected that someone was using drugs.

The man will face charges of possessing a dangerous drug and possessing drug utensils. Police will allege he was using cannabis when they arrived at the house.

Police conducted vehicle and driver checks on Bell Street, Kumbia, after the Melbourne Cup Day race meeting.

A 29-year-old Nanango man allegedly tested positive on a roadside drug test. He was taken to Kingaroy Hospital for a blood test.

Another vehicle stopped by police was searched.

A 37-year-old man was allegedly found in possession of a small amount of cannabis and a drug utensil.

He received a drug diversion order.

There have been 201 road deaths in Queensland this year, with two so far for November.
