Are you interested in becoming a Justice of the Peace? Or a Commissioner for Declarations?
The Queensland Justices Association to holding accredited JP (Qual) and C.Dec training courses in Kingaroy in June.
The course dates are: June 10-12 (JP Qual) and June 10-11 C.Dec
To become a Justice of the Peace (JP) or Commissioner for Declarations (C.dec) you must be:
- An Australian citizen
- At least 18 years old
- Of good character
- Correctly registered on the State electoral roll and
- Undertake prescribed training and be deemed competent
Cost for each course is $350 (JP) or $240 (C.Dec).
The courses will be held at the Kingaroy RSL and enrolments must be completed before June 3.
