A man missing in the Oakdale area since Saturday morning has been found deceased.
Mr Melvyn Hansen, 73, was last seen about 6:40am on Saturday leaving a house on Gayndah Road, Oakdale.
Extensive land searched by SES volunteers, police and family members over the weekend failed to find any trace of Mr Hansen.
The RACQ CareFlight helicopter joined the search on Saturday afternoon.
Police and family members had held grave concerns for his safety as he suffered from a medical condition.
His body was located about 3:30pm this afternoon on a rural property near Murgon.
There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and police will prepare a report to the Coroner.
Police would like to thank the media, community and everyone who assisted with the search efforts.
