It’s Christmas! Robert Bate with Kyaina Noonan, 14, from Nanango, and Ashley Oddi, 11, Tarong

December 13, 2013

The Nanango Blue Light Hall was the place to be in Nanango on Friday evening  … with roller skating, games, loud music and a barbecue, what more could a kid want at Christmas?

Santa, of course!  The Nanango Christmas Carnival, organised by the Blue Light Committee, kicked off at 6:00pm.

As well as the usual rollerskating and video hits, there were games organised by the Nanango Lions, face-painting and Father Christmas found time in his busy schedule to drop by to hand out some treats.

Nanango Lions were kept busy … from left, Jenny Robinson, Elvie Templeton-Ditchburn and Mayleen Green

Having fun on the skate rink were Bella-Rose Lucas, 7, and Lillian Lucas, 9, from Nanango
