August 22, 2013

Organisers of the free South Burnett Shines community expo, which is being held in Nanango’s Pioneer Park on Saturday, say 80 stalls have been booked for the day.

They’ll be selling everything from jewellery to fishing gear and clothes to toys as well as chocolates and macadamia nuts.

A number of community organisations will also be promoting their activities.

Food and drink stalls will operate throughout the day and Rapid Fitness will have a licensed bar at their sports centre.

South Burnett Shines will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Local artists are providing the musical entertainment and there’ll be games and rides for children as well as face-painting, art and craft activities.

The South Burnett Championship Ute Muster will also be held on the day as well as a display of motorcycles and hot rods.
