RACQ CareFlight will be holding its annual fund-raising ball on Saturday night at the Clive Berghofer Events Centre, Toowoomba Showgrounds.
More than 450 revellers will gather at the annual “Cirque Du CareFlight” Gala Ball for a formal evening of entertainment.
The Gala Ball usually raises more than $50,000 for the chopper service, which is one of several retrieval teams that service the South Burnett.
Guests will enjoy a three-course meal with circus-style entertainment, a five-piece band, sideshow alley and other spectacular acts.
Every year RACQ CareFlight’s blue and yellow choppers help more than 450 sick and injured patients across southern Queensland.
The communities of Southern Queensland contribute almost half of the service’s funding.

The Toowoomba CareFlight crew today airlifted a Kingaroy man suffering a cardiac condition to Prince Charles Hospital.
An RACQ CareFlight spokesman said he was in a stable condition.
