Hivesville Country Markets
The monthly Hivesville Country Markets will be held at Memorial Park (opposite the Hivesville Hotel in Main Street) from 7:00am to around noon this morning. These family-friendly markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month and feature a variety of stalls including fresh local farm produce, plants, crafts and lots of food. New stallholders are very welcome, too!
Hivesville Devonshire Teas
Hivesville's QCWA are celebrating their 101st birthday this year, and the branch will be opening the doors at their rooms in Main Street from 7:00am to noon this morning to offer visitors Devonshire Teas and boutique-style coffee plus plants, crafts and general bric-a-brac items - the perfect complement to the Hivesville Markets just across the road. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy a delicious morning tea and/or browse for a bargain.
Bunya Mountains Markets
The monthly Bunya Mountains Markets will be running at Dandabah in the Bunya Mountains today. The markets feature up to 30 stands selling quality, locally-produced fresh produce, arts and crafts and they'll be operating from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Local cafes like Poppies On The Hill and The Bunya Mountains Cafe will be offering special Market Day menus and morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas, and walking trail maps will be available from both cafes, the Bunya Mountains General Store and market stalls if you'd like to take a walk through the adjoining National Park. Wild Earth Psychic & Wellness Expo
Wild Earth will be holding a Psychic & Wellness Expo at their shop at the corner of Scott and Mackenzie Streets in Wondai from 10:00am to 4:00pm today. The Expo - now celebrating its third year - will feature e psychics, therapists and stall holders plus some new faces for a day of connection and fun. Everyone is welcome!
Timbertowns Woodworkers - Blackbutt
The Timbertowns Woodworkers group will be holding their regular Sunday morning meeting at the Blackbutt Showgrounds in Bowman Road, Blackbutt from 8:30am until around 12:00 noon today. South Burnett Quilt Trail
As part of the Kingaroy Regional Art Gallery's Winter Crafts Festival, the annual Quilt Trail will be running from 9:00am to 1:00pm today at a number of venues around the region. Sunday Afternoon Poker - Kingaroy

Kilkivan Railway Markets
The monthly Kilkivan Railway Markets will be held in Lester Millar Park in Kilkivan from 7:00am until around 12:00 noon this morning. Christmas In July Weekend - Yarraman
The Redlands chapter of the Patriots Motorcycle Club will be holding thed second (and final) day of their Christmas In July camping weekend at Yarraman's horse sports grounds on the New England Highway west of the CBD from10:00am today. The event will feature live music, food trucks, motorcycle displays and more. Entry fees are $20 for day visitors or $30 for campers who'd like to stay the full weekend and everyone is welcome.
Western Zone Championships - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Clay Target Club will be running the second (and final)_ day of their Shootout Spectacular at their clubhouse on the Kingaroy-Cooyar Road west of Kingaroy from 9:00am this morning. Today's events will feature two competitions for the Western Zone Championships (50t Point Score and 30t Handicap) and spectators are very welcome. All You Can Eat Buffet Lunch - Yarraman
The Farmhouse Coffee Lounge on the D'Aguilar Highway at Yarraman will be running an all-you-can-eat buffet lunch from 11:00am to 1:00pm today. Tickets are $30 for adults or $15 for U12s, and you can reserve a spot by phoning the cafe on (07) 4163-8638
Stonehouse Open Day - Moore
The historic Stonehouse on the D'Aguilar Highway at Moore will be the second day of their annual Open Day from 9:00am to around 3:00pm today. The Open Day will allow visitors to inspect progress on the restoration of this historic Brisbane Valley property by new owners Loretta and John Eastwood, but because parking on the site is limited access will be by bus only. Buses will be running from the Stone Rotunda off the highway in Moore to the Stonehouse and return every 20 minutes (from 8:30am to 3:30pm) and tickets are $10 (or $30 for a family of two adults any any number of children 12 years of age or below). In addition to inspecting the latest restoration works at Stonehouse, visitors can also see a horse-drawn pie cart, bush poets, heritage displays, markets and vintage cars. Everyone is welcome!
