How much will your school receive under the Federal Government’s Quality Schools funding package?

southburnett.com.au has extracted the data, below, from the the Federal Government’s official “estimator” so local principals, teachers and parents can check their schools’ current and projected funding over the next 10 years.

These figures can then be easily compared against other schools in the region – and some of the differences will probably surprise you!

We have included all South Burnett government schools and private schools, as well as a few State Schools on the fringes of the region.

The figures below show the current funding (2017), how much it will increase next year (2018) and a projection to 2027.

The funding is also broken down on a “per student” basis over the three same time periods: 2017, 2018 and 2027.

Note: The estimates provided by the Commonwealth Department of Education and Training are based on the latest enrolment data and assume the same student population will be present from 2017 to 2027. If the number of enrolled students in a school changes, this would be reflected in the final Commonwealth payment.
