But hardcore league fans shouldn't despair! Instead, they should head to the Murgon Sportsgrounds in Macalister Street for an A-Grade double header. The day will kick off at 2:00pm with the Murgon Mustangs taking on their friendly enemies the Cherbourg Hornets, with the both teams keen to recover their honour after being mercilessly smashed by opposing teams last week. These two teams always put on a good game and both will be highly motivated to come away with the points, so expect some fast-paced action here! Then at 4:00pm, the Kingaroy Red Ants will play the Wolves, with the Wolves also keen to restore their reputation after a few recent, tough defeats, while the Red Ants will be looking to continue their winning ways. A canteen will be operating in the grounds and there'll be a great afternoon of local league action on offer. Spectators are most welcome!
