Emergency Services Display - Nanango
South Burnett CTC is hosting a display of emergency services vehicles in Pioneer Park, Nanango, from 10:00am to noon today. There'll be police cars, fire engines and ambulances and a free barbecue. Bring along the kids and meet your local emergency services!
Bingo - Yarraman

The South Burnett Genealogical and Family History Society will be meeting at Kingaroy Library in Glendon Street, Kingaroy from 9:00am to noon this morning to provide free instruction on how to research your family history. Wednesday Night Poker - Kingaroy

Free Community Meal - Kingaroy
A free community meal - dine-in or takeaway - is available every Wednesday night from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at The Salvation Army Hall, 109 Kingaroy St, Kingaroy. The Community Serving Community Meals Project is co-ordinated by the South Burnett Support Alliance and relies on volunteers from the local community.
Free Community Meal - Blackbutt
Blackbutt Benarkin Lions and the South Burnett Support Alliance will be hosting another of their free, fortnightly community meals from 7:30pm tonight at the Lions Den at 23 Bowman Road, Blackbutt. Eat in or take away.
Alcoholics Anonymous - Nanango
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution. AA meets in Nanango every Wednesday morning from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Catholic Church hall at the corner of Alfred and Gipps street. South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low-income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. The Pantry offers $40 or $25 options to select food and the other items that most people need to get through part of the week. More details? Phone Jim on 0438-071-658.
