La Creme Dance Academy End Of Year Concert
- The La Creme Dance Academy will be presenting their End Of Year Concert at Nanango State High School's hall at 54 Elk Street, Nanango at 5:30pm this evening. Students will be presenting a dynamic and entertaining rendition of "Beauty and the Beast", as well as a variety of dance pieces entitled "Dance For A Wish". A proportion of the concert's proceeds will be donated to the Make a Wish Foundation in support of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Tickets will be available from November 4, and can be obtained from the Dance Academy's website. Note: A second performance will also be held at the same location on Saturday, December 2 at 6:30pm.
Indoor Bowls & Cards Day - Kingaroy
- The Kingaroy Senior Citizens Club will be hosting indoor bowls and cards (500) competitions at its centre on the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy between 9:00am and 4:00pm today. The Blackbutt-Benarkin Lions Club will be holding the Timbertowns' annual Over 60s Free Lunch at the Pavilion inside Blackbutt Showgrounds in Bowman Road between 11:00am and 2:00pm today.
