- The Lady Bjelke-Petersen Community Hospital at 31 Markwell Street in Kingaroy will be holding an Open Day from 11:30am to 2:00pm this afternoon. The Taromeo Country Music Club will be holding their final bi-monthly Sunday social for 2017 at the Blackbutt Golf Club in Langton Road, Blackbutt from 10:00am to around 4:00pm today. Entertainment will be provided by the visiting and guest artists. There'll also be multi-draw raffles, a lucky door prize, a licensed bar, plenty of food and refreshments, a licensed bar and - of course! - lots of great country music and dancing. Admission is still only $5 with bottomless tea or coffee and and free afternoon tea as well. Lunch will also be available for a small charge. Everyone is welcome!
