Wooroolin Country Music Campout
Today is Day 1 of the four-day Country Music Campout at Wooroolin Memorial Hall on the Bunya Highway at Wooroolin. The event features non-stop walk-up artists and bush poets, and everyone is welcome! Free Community Meal - Kingaroy
- A free community meal - dine-in or takeaway - is available every Wednesday night from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at The Salvation Army Hall, 109 Kingaroy St, Kingaroy. The Community Serving Community Meals Project is co-ordinated by the South Burnett Support Alliance and relies on volunteers from the local community.
Free Community Meal - Blackbutt
- Blackbutt Benarkin Lions and the South Burnett Support Alliance will be hosting another of their free, fortnightly community meals from 7:30pm tonight at the Lions Den at 23 Bowman Road, Blackbutt. Eat in or take away.
South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low-income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. The Pantry offers $50 or $35 options to select food and the other items.
