Danny's Diner - Kingaroy
Danny's Diner - a free community dinner - will be held at the Uniting Church Hall at the corner of Alford and Youngman streets in Kingaroy from 5:30pm to 7:00pm tonight. The dinner is an initiative of the Kingaroy District Ministry Association for the benefit of anyone who's hungry or otherwise doing it tough. KCCG AGM - Kingaroy
- The Kingaroy Concerned Citizens Group will be holding its Annual General Meeting at the Town Common Hall in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy at 7:00pm this evening, followed by an ordinary meeting. The KCCG is opposed to plans by Moreton Resources to build a new coal mine on the outskirts of Kingaroy, and Moreton's application for a mining permit last week will be one of the topics discussed. All interested people are welcome to attend.
