Three people have been charged after an alleged altercation at T.J. O’Neill Oval in Kingaroy following the 2023 South Burnett Rugby League grand final in September.
Ashley Lance Smallwood has been charged with grievous bodily harm, affray and three counts of common assault.
Jade James Smallwood has been charged with affray.
Natasha Rose Smallwood has been charged with affray, common assault and trespass.
Ashley Smallwood’s charges were mentioned in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Thursday and have been adjourned to December 14.
The other matters have been adjourned to November 16.
