Toowoomba Regional Council is encouraging the community to submit development applications via a new online customer service portal
Cr Anne Glasheen said the new portal, launched on July 1, allows applicants to submit and pay for applications 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“Applicants can also track the progress of applications submitted through the portal,” Cr Glasheen said.
“At this stage, the Online Customer Service Portal will accept only single use applications, but Council is striving to achieve all application types in the near future.
“Council is encouraging the community to get the full value out of the service by becoming a registered user today.”
