TAFE Queensland South West says there are limited places available in certificate courses at Kingaroy TAFE for flat fees between $50 and $400.
A spokesperson said a range of Certificate I to IV programs were available but conditions do apply.
To be eligible students must be:
- Aged 15 years or above
- Permanently reside in Queensland
- An Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident (includes humanitarian entrant), temporary resident with the necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency, or a New Zealand citizen
- Not be currently enrolled in a certificate III or higher-level qualification, not including qualifications completed at school and foundation skills training
- For select programs, meet relevant entry and/or employment eligibility requirements
The courses are targeted at people who are ready to go back and study to find a new career, or go further in their current job.
