Wondai Proston Junior Rugby League Football Club will be conducting its Junior and Senior Sign On Day on February 9.
The sign-on will be held at the Wondai Sportsground from 2:30pm-3:30pm on this day to coincide with the QRL sign-on days.
However, the club’s main sign-on day will be a Gala League morning hosted by Broncos Development Officer Darren Burns on Saturday, February 23 from 9.00am to noon.
This will be followed by a sausage sizzle lunch and ice blocks for the kids.
All junior and senior players are invited to come along.
“If anyone would like to try league this is a great opportunity to learn and experience the game,” spokeswoman Kathleen Hoult said.
Training for all junior players will start on Tuesday, February 26, and Thursday, February 28, from 4:30pm-5:30pm.
Senior players have already started training, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm.
