A 34-year-old Murgon man has been charged with a high-range drink-driving offence after he allegedly blew more than seven times the legal limit.
The driver was detected in Barber Street, Cherbourg, on Sunday.
Police will allege he had a BAC of 0.351.

In Nanango, a 42-year-old woman from Bullcamp was arrested and charged with serious assault on Saturday night.
It will be alleged the woman assaulted a staff member after she was asked to leave licensed premises.
Police located the woman at another hotel where they made the arrest.
