South Burnett PCYC  will be delivering the Heart Foundation’s Heartmoves program in Kingaroy as part of the South Burnett Regional Council’s “Discover the Benefits of Healthy Communities” Project.

Heartmoves is an exercise program designed by the Heart Foundation so that anyone can start to exercise in a safe manner, even if you have never exercised before.

“Heartmoves is a gentle physical activity program which will help improve your health and wellbeing,”  South Burnett PCYC’s Prue Collard said.

“You can exercise at your own pace, as well as enjoying the social aspects of this program. So come and try a class, I’m sure you will love it!”

There will be an Open Day and Information Session on Tuesday, September 11, from 9:15am-10:15am in the main reception area at the Orana Lutheran Complex in Kingaroy.

The program is open to the public and best of all, it’s free but it’s “first in, best dressed” as numbers are limited.

To register, call Prue on  (07) 4168-1889.
