As part of the National Year of Reading, South Burnett Libraries is running a digital photography competition entitled “Taken With Text”.
A Council spokesman invited photographers to take a photo that you feel represents one of the following categories:
1. Dads read!
2. Kids can read too!
3. Read anywhere!
4. Read anything!
5. Reading Rules!
6. Everyone can read!
Then complete the online entry form and attach the image.
Each image must be submitted individually with its own entry form.
Entry is open to everyone and you can enter as many times as you like.
All entries will be displayed on the South Burnett Libraries Flickr account.
The winning image from each of the six categories will be printed on canvas and displayed throughout the South Burnett Regional Libraries.
(Photographers MUST have the permission of anyone photographed.)
The winners will be individually contacted and then announced on the SBRC website on November 30.
