South Burnett Regional Council Meeting - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett Regional Council will be holding its monthly general meeting at the Glendon Street Council Chambers in Glendon Street, Kingaroy at 9:00am this morning. A highlight of today's meeting will be the release of the Council's 2020-21 Budget, but due to COVID-19 restrictions only Councillors, staff and media can attend this meeting in person. However, the public is welcome to watch a livestream of the proceedings on Council's website.
Coopers Gap CCC Meeting - Cooranga North
- The Coopers Gap Community Consultative Committee will be meeting at Cooranga North Memorial Hall on Niagara Road at Cooranga North from 1:00pm to around 2:30pm this afternoon for an update on the development of AGL's Coopers Gap Wind Farm, and issues related to it. All interested people are welcome to attend as observers. Note: This meeting was originally scheduled for June, but was postponed a month due to COVID-19 restrictions.
