The Wondai Race Club will be holding its traditional Anzac Day Race Meeting at the Wondai Racecourse in Baynes Street, Wondai on Saturday.
The meeting is the 44th Anzac Day meeting held at the course, and proceeds will go to aid Legacy.
As usual, it will feature an on-course TAB, live telecasts of interstate races, an undercover betting ring, barbecue and bar.
However, the traditional Fashions Of The Field competition will not be held, and bus services to the meeting will not be running.
Gates will open at the track at 11:00am and Race 1 will leave the barriers at 1:40pm.
This year’s Anzac Day race meeting will feature five races and is being sponsored by the Wondai RSL Sub Branch, Wondai Diggers Club, Datawave Internet, the Hotel Cecil, Kingaroy’s Commercial Hotel and Glendalough Brangus Stud.
