A man who allegedly threw a book at a staff member in Big W earlier this month has been issued with an infringement notice for public nuisance.
This is an on-the-spot fine of $353.
The man was attempting to return an item to the store when he allegedly became aggressive to staff.
Police located the man on Saturday morning in a house in Buckingham Street, Kingaroy.

A 26-year-old Yarraman man has been charged with drink-driving after he allegedly recorded a blood alcohol reading of .072 after a random breath test by police just after midnight on Friday morning.

A 36-year-old Deception Bay man was arrested by police on an outstanding warrant on Saturday afternoon at a house in Frangipani Drive.
He has also been charged with unlicensed driving as he had allegedly driven to Kingaroy to visit people.
His number plates were also confiscated for seven days.
