Do you like cats, dogs and cup cakes? Well, the RSPCA has the fundraiser for you!

The RSPCA’s Cup Cake Day (August 18) is fast approaching.

Kingaroy cook Karen Ford is making cupcakes to help the Kingaroy RSPCA raise much-needed funds.

This year the cupcakes available are chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate jaffa, chocolate mint, chocolate mocha, white chocolate coconut, red velvet and caramel white chocolate with salted caramel icing.

Gluten-free cup cakes are also available on request.

The cupcakes have to be pre-ordered, and orders must be in by August 13.

They are $3 each, $15 for six or $27 for 12. They will be available for pick-up at the RSPCA’s Cup Cake Day celebration.

Did you know the Kingaroy RSPCA now offers pet micro-chipping?

Microchipping of cats and dogs can be done between 10:00am and 2:00pm every Thursday at the Shelter – on Warren Truss Drive, near the Kingaroy Airport – but bookings are essential.

Cost is $30 per animal.
