RADF Grants Announced

The South Burnett Regional Council’s Arts, Culture & Heritage Management Advisory Committee has announced the winners of Round 2 of the 2012-13 Regional Arts Development Fund grants program:
- Cherry Carroll – $1023 to run a workshop by Don Milner entitled “Any Subject – Any Medium”
- Lynette Dimond – $809 to attend a 2013 McGregor Summer School course by Kale French (“Study the Face in Clay”)
- South Burnett Community Orchestra – $5800 to run a South Burnett Instrumental Workshop
- Wondai Regional Art Gallery – $660 to run a Sculpting Nature workshop
- Wondai & District Band Association Inc – $1129 to attend a 2013 McGregor Summer School course in music
Because of Tractor Tattoo, the Committee has also decided it will not be holding an RADF Showcase this year. Instead, the next RADF Showcase will be held in November 2013.
The third round of RADF grant applications will open in January.
