The last concrete has been poured on site for the turbine foundations for Stage 2 of the Wambo Wind Farm project.
A spokesperson said the pour, on March 3, was a key milestone for the project.
The consortium building the project expects the majority of the remaining civil works for Stage 2 will be completed within the next couple of months.
Six turbines have now been completed in Stage 1 of the project.
Stage 1 will consist of 42 turbines, while Stage 2 will add another 41.
The project is joint venture between Stanwell and Cubico Sustainable Investments.
