A man aged in his 40s has been flown to Nambour Hospital after a farming accident at Alice Creek this morning.
The Sunshine Coast RACQ CareFlight helicopter was called to the property about 10:30am.
It is believed the man was stepped on by a cow, suffering a suspected chest injury.
The man was moving cattle on the property when the incident occurred.
He was flown to hospital in a stable condition.
