Detectives travelled to Maryborough Correctional Centre on Monday morning to speak to a man on remand in regards to recent break-ins and property offences in Kingaroy.
The 42-year-old Kingaroy man, who last month was refused bail in Kingaroy on other charges, was charged with possessing suspected stolen property in regards to a motorbike found at a house in Murray Parade, Kingaroy.
Police will allege the bike was stolen from the Ipswich area.

Kingaroy police last week also located a 21-year-old Kingaroy man wanted in relation to two counts of burglary.
A large amount of property was also allegedly found in his possession.
He will re-appear in court in May.

A 50-year-old Murgon woman has been charged with a high-range drink driving offence and unlicensed driving after an incident in Haly Street, Kingaroy, on Wednesday.
The woman allegedly recorded 0.162 BAC after she apparently lost control going around the First Avenue roundabout and struck a pole.
The driver then allegedly fled the scene of the crash.
