A man has been issued with a public nuisance notice after a fight erupted outside a Kingaroy hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Acting Senior Sergeant Brent Gerber, from Kingaroy Police, said the man tried to leave the hotel carrying a can of rum.
An altercation occurred when a security guard tried to take it off him.

A 43-year-old Ellesmere woman and a 31-year-old Drewvale man have been charged with unlicensed driving after separate incidents in Kingaroy on Sunday night.
The woman was pulled over on the corner of Youngman and Markwell streets about 10:30pm.
About an hour later, the man was pulled over in Youngman Street, between Oliver Bond Street and River Road. Police also seized his number plates for seven days for repeat offences.
Both drivers will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on February 16.
