The Barambah Environmental Education Centre, north of Goomeri, is holding an Open Day this Saturday (October 12) to allow visitors to tour the newly renovated centre.
The Barambah EEC is an Education Queensland residential camp facility located in Wrattens Conservation Park.
The Open Day, sponsored by Ergon Energy, will also include energy-saving initiatives and displays, native plant nursery tours and plant sales, guided rainforest walks, an edible plants workshop and fun activities for all ages.
Food and drinks will be available all day
The Open Day will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm at 301 A Flat Road, Wrattens Forest via Goomeri.
