Inquiries into the suspicious death of Kingaroy man Shaun Miles on May 24 are still ongoing.
A police media spokesman said today no one had been charged and the investigation was “open”.
He said police were still awaiting the results of various tests following the autopsy.
“We are expecting the results from these tests to come back soon,” he said.
