Queensland Hydro is seeking community feedback on a draft framework for its planned Community Benefits Program for the Borumba Pumped Hydro project.
Feedback will be collected from a series of workshops in April as well as an online survey (until April 26).
A Queensland Hydro spokesperson said registrations for the workshops were open to all community members and stakeholders who were interested in providing input to help shape the community benefits program.
Registrations for the workshops can be made online but close on March 24.
Footnote: Community benefit schemes already operate for the Tarong Power Stations, the Coopers Gap Wind Farm and the Wambo Wind Farm.
