February 9, 2024

There’s just nine days left to vote for the Nanango RSL Sub-Branch Auxiliary in the 2024 Ergon Energy and Energex Community Fund.

Nineteen not-for-profit groups are set to receive a boost from the Community Fund, but the one which receives the most votes from the public will receive an extra $5000.

The Auxiliary is trying to raise funds so their volunteers can complete a first aid course:

“Our Sub-Branch Auxiliary is trying to provide a safer environment for the community attending their commemorative events and fundraisers. Our volunteers work tirelessly within the community and the extra funding will allow more members to gain the knowledge and confidence that comes with completing a first aid course.”

Voting closes at midnight on February 18.

Votes for the community groups can be made online
