Rural fire brigades have been invited to apply for grants of up to $5000 from the Rural Fire Brigades Association of Queensland (RFBAQ).
The association has 200 grants to distribute across four rounds.
Applications are now open for Round 2, which closes on March 23.
The grants are for equipment not already supplied by the Rural Fire Service.
The equipment will be bought by the RFBAQ from local suppliers.
