Detectives are investigating a bag snatch which occurred in the Kingaroy CBD on Friday morning.
Officer-in-Charge of Kingaroy Police, Senior Sergeant Scott Prendergast, said the incident occurred about 8:45am.
An elderly woman was targeted soon after she had attended the Commonwealth Bank ATM in Kingaroy Street.
Snr Sgt Prendergast said anyone with information, or who may have witnessed the incident, should call CrimeStoppers on 1800-333-000.
