A 25-year-old Murgon man, wanted on a return-to-prison warrant, was arrested after an alleged incident in the Accident and Emergency Department at Kingaroy Hospital in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Police were called to the hospital about 2:00am.
They will allege the man borrowed a cordless phone which he took outside and smashed on the roadway before returning inside the hospital to abuse staff.
He has been charged with causing a disturbance at a hospital and wilful damage.

No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at the Glendon / Markwell Street roundabout in Kingaroy on Friday morning.
A Toyota sedan and a Holden sedan collided.
The driver of one of the vehicles has been issued with a ticket for failing to give way at a roundabout.

A 47-year-old man allegedly recorded a BAC of .078 when he was pulled over for a random breath test in Youngman Street, Kingaroy, at 5:45pm on Friday. He will face a charge of drink-driving.

A driver crashed after he failed to stop or turn at the Tessmanns Road and Taylors Road T-intersection in Kingaroy at 11:00pm on Friday.
The car ploughed straight ahead, running off the road.
Police who breath-tested the driver will allege he blew 0.106.

A 59-year-old woman was taken to Kingaroy Hospital for observation after a Falcon and a Kia sedan collided at the corner of the D’Aguilar Highway and Rogers Driver in Kingaroy at 12:30pm on Saturday.

Police were called to a house in Kingaroy Street about 5:45pm on Sunday to investigate a disturbance.
As a result of inquiries, a 17-year-old Kingaroy man was later charged with wilfil damage.
Police will allege he used an iron bar to smash a number of windows in a vehicle at the residence.

A 31-year-old woman had been charged with possessing dangerous drugs and failing to dispose of a syringe.
Police will allege they located a small amount of amphetamines at the house.

A 33-year-old man was arrested in Willowglen Street in Kingaroy on Sunday. He will face two charges of failing to appear in court.

A man charged with stealing a Spider Man costume from Woolworths and breaking a string of shop windows and glass doors in Kingaroy’s CBD has been sentenced to three months jail.
Daryl Anthony Jackson pleaded guilty in Kingaroy Magistrates Court last Thursday to shoplifting, smashing three shop windows, damaging a decorative light fitting and ripping up two watch house blankets.
The court was told Jackson had only been released from custody in Victoria on August 15.
Magistrate Simon Young suspended the sentence for 12 months.
Jackson had previously indicated he wanted to return to Victoria.
